I enjoy playing MTA and want to help make the experience better for all legitimate players. I make fair decisions, am respectful towards all players, and don't care much for power trips. I have been an administrator on a CS 1.6 server previously.

Your clan could benefit from more active members. I like how you've removed map voting and replaced it with a rotation of mostly good maps. This eliminates the problem of vote spaming. It would be a good idea to have members screen each map, investigating those with low ratings and removing those that are broken or just plain bad. It would also be great to look up new maps to contribute to the rotation. I'm starting to recognize maps I played earlier in the day, adding new maps will make things stay fresh. I'd be more than willing to work on a project like this.
