Just like to introduce myself, I am SMD.
I am just another GTA player who isn't the best of the best when it comes to racing.

Yeah the current release of 1.0 is tons better than DM.

no its the same as DM but just upgraded, more features and most of the bugs are gone.

the files are going to be mostly the same, probably just some are going to be larger, the structure is still the same.
