I personally never had problems with him, so I'd like to give him a chance. I have seen from many other applicants that they changed their behavior, seeing how the SiK community is.
So it's a Yes from me.

A concern to SiK and SiKr: I don't like to see that some of us entice clan members from other clans away. You can do that with non-clan players.
