Hello!
Today morning i get banned in the server. I dont know the reason, Splash thought i use hacks or something, then we had an arquiment, then later i get banned. Thats for sure i dont use hacks.
Iam really sorry if i broke a rule.

His ingame name is airborne, and forget about pc specs in this case, he used health and speed hacks. At the time there was another hacker who Grim banned so unfortunately I made the mistake of publicly announcing Airborne's hacks. Doing that delayed the detection of hacks by Grim himself, it was maps later that Grim caught him health hacking. The logs will verify the argument and also after he was banned, somebody said they saw somebody with that name hack about a week ago. This guy evaded us for a bit but the long arm of the law is too long to avoid. Seeing that Grim and the server logs will verify the events that took place I think it's fair to say you will stay banned "looser" I would make an immature "your mom" joke like you did but being the age of 18 I feel it's better to insult with logic rather than impossibilities.

Oh so you seem to be hinting that you have a sibling or something and you two share or route the same IP. But both Grim and I saw you health hack buddy so it's game over for you. If you actually do have a sibling (your english is very bad so I figure you have a sibling) that's not an excuse to get banned for hacking.

Grim is one of our best admins, if he saw you cheat, then I believe him.

I don't know you're still running your mouth, I observed you carefully before determining that you had health and speed hacks. Also you're not a very moral person 1) hacking in the first place 2) temporarily turning off hacks to make me look stupid and then proceeding to insult me, as funny as it was with your shit english it was still immoral and unacceptable 3) You have the opportunity to apologize because you know you're guilty and the logs show that you were quite disrespectful, another rule on the server I believe. My guess is Grim is busy right now but when he comes on he'll back me up. And if the logs are posted that will too. P.S the title of this appeal "I am banned" is correct, (edited?) but anyhow it's nice to know there will be one less hacker playing MTA that is if you learn anything from this airborne.

I know what lag is and I know what hax are.
You hit one pole and didn't lose any health so I waited for you to do more damage, you hit another at a very quick speed, a building as well and you didn't lose any health.
Oh btw i'm very sure people like hax like yourself being out of our server instead of in it trying to ruin everyones experience in the server.

I dont cheat, you can think what you want but I dont cheat, its shows that you dont know what is the different of lag and cheat.

I just have to say, you're one immature motherfucker that just couldn't be 17 which is the mature age to play this game. You didn't even follow the ban appeal procedure, and you're giving us this "I don't cheat" bullshit which is quite an insult to me and Grim. You could apologize for insulting me since that also would have got you in trouble. However, as for "expect noobs" shit you're now giving us well what are you buddy? A NOOB. lol the only noob here is you. This is the #1 racing server, and it's no accident as to why: These guys put WORK in and take CARE of their users by banning cheaters such as yourself. btw i have seen about 2 - 3 really cheaters , and they didnt get banned right there, i played totaly allowed then i got banned. who understand it?? ohh and if i would be a cheater why i couldn't over take demon seed??. splash... he was the last always it was easy to overtook him. Demonseed can tell it to you , he always overtook me , he won and i was the 3rd some times the 2nd,

Wow, read my first post in this topic buddy, I called out your hacks because there was a cheater who was banned on the spot so I made what I thought a little later to be a mistake since you took your hacks off to make me look like a dumbass. And Demon has more knowledge about MTA race in general than most people, maps, handling of cars, techniques and he probably has a better computer than you so implying that he cheats isn't smart. Also I have no idea why the fuck you're still calling me "splash" and I was behind you watching you zoom past people not in last place you dumb piece of shit. Due to your immaturity you are insulting us because you know you hacked yourself but don't have any balls to admit it. GTA:SA is rated M for Mature but you get F for Fail kid. Kids under the age of 17 like airborne here who was born in 1995 should not be playing games they can't match up to in maturity and age. Instead of following proper ban appeal procedure you claim you were wrongfully banned and insult us, if you can't even be real online you're going to have a fucked up real life kid.

Anyways it seems North Americans like me tend to be a little lazy so when I see kids under 17 that are being annoying I prefer to only play with adults. No offense to the others here though that are under 17 like Rao and TD Mystic, Australia is way ahead of Canada.

I'm 18 and 7/12 months old (19+ if you count womb time) but from what I can figure an individual is not at fullest extent of their maturity until the age of 27. It seems people past that age no longer give a fuck about current shit like popular music and styles, a good way to go seeing how little sportmanship and quality is in music these days. Is it any wonder that Jimmy Page and Jack White hate Guitar Hero and Rock Band?

I think the fact though that record sales are at their lowest levels in history says something, digital downloads, legal or illegal don't mean shit either as bootlegging has been going on since the 1950s. Where is the beef in that? Another thing is these days it's not about the music, it's about a pussy emo making yourself look like shit so you can feel depressed and cut yourself up as a fake suicide attempt. Also, drama at awards shows, this year it was Kanye saying Beyonce should have won. In 2003 or 2004 Madonna and Britney kissing, it's no longer about epic live shows or even talent. That through the flames solo sucks my nuts, it is nothing but synthesized shit and there have been no circulating bootlegs proving that "skill" live. Now listen to early bootlegs of Dazed and Confused, you have a violin bow solo and one fast, fierce non-synthesized guitar solo, and later for the LZ debut album thrashing drums.
