I say yes. He is one of the best drivers i seen in mta :)
Just his english is a bit bad but its not a too big problem i think

Great to hear that you wanna become one of us ;) I know you over 2 years, from my earlier days, when I've started playing MTA. You was kind of legend for me :)
As ThE_OnE said it's the only negative point that you don't speak english well, but I think we can handle that :P
