Title: unknow player like [SiK]Blacky, false name of course...

A unknown player was joined our server with false name ([SiK]Blacky).
Logan speak  to him in spanish but the player don't know the language.
So also he can not follow me... very bad player.
We discart so many options and discovered that it wasn't blacky.
He disconnected after logan speak spanish to him.
note: posted by Logan and and tested by [SiK]xaviertidus.

I also saw today a player named [SiK]SpeEd or somethink like that. i took no screenshot.
Yesterday i renamed two players from brazil(one is +ThiSilva92!). They used the [SiK] tag.

What should i do? Only say and rename?

1st - Warn
2nd - Kick
3rd- Ban
