I'm going for a flat no.
The application process if fairly simple and yet it took a fair bit in order to get the right stuff off you.
I feel with that being the case you may not be able to handle other aspects of being a server administrator.

with much thought over it and discussion with others, i banned killer for hacks, there is no way he could have got 2:24 with that amount of crashes, and to make sure he dont spam the forums, i banned his acc and deleted it

Yea, but English isn't my country language too, and there is a lot of ppl who don't using English in everyday life and they can writing well. Okay I confess I overreact I called him "dumb kid" and I apologize but I couldn't hold down when I saw that kind of brainless if someone don't know what google is or they don't know how to use it. But I think it don't excuse insulting me, don't want to say that "I have big ego and I can do anything, every1 must bowing to me" but I'm part of clan SiK and in forum and game some respect should be show to me.
