Exactly, just as bad as pming everyone to vote for your application. I'm pretty sure these who do this will leave the clan within one/two months, it's really annoying and such activity should be mentioned in application rules as forbidden.
Fortunately you haven't done any mistakes while applying for the second time, and that makes me think about your application in more positive way. I'm not playing enough these days, so I will wait for others to make a statement...Tho I see you from time to time and you're doing pretty good
