So guys he's my biography guys
Im Ivan from Stip, small town in Macedonia. I'm 18 years old, and im studying English Language and Literature in the collage here. I'm in love with cars, as i job i'm driving a taxi and also a big big fan of any kind of moto and auto racing, love offroad. Also training bodybuilding for a year now. Listening to every kind of good music but not metal. The first game and only one im playing is GTA San Andreas :-D
Big fan of any sports like car/moto racing (Lewis Hamilton, Valentino Rossi), football (Real Madrid), rally like dakar (Nasser Al Atiyah), MMA/UFC (George St Pierre), bodybuilding (Greg Plitt).
My idol is my dad, my motivation is Bruce Lee and Ayrton Senna

Do you do bodybuilding as a hobby or also do some competitions? I have a friend who starts at competition...It is rly hard to do all the diets for a perfect body (not just training^^) ;)

Nah man atm im doing it just for hobby and i know it is hard but it pays off :D The training is just 20% of the work other % are all nutrition and the way u eat :D
I might in future who knows what comes up :D

And about the bodybuilding what supose that you have to eat for have a good results?

For a good results you need to eat high protein meals and hit your daily calories and macronutriens like protein, carbs, fats. That's all and train right, do the excersises right with the right form and with intensity and lift more and more, improve every week for exmp :D
If u wanna go on a diet go in a calorie deficit, for example if u need to get 2000 calories a day, you get 1500, week by week you'll reduce the fat
Just need to be patient with everything :D

Ok well I eat most of those things you listed, now I just have to organise myself so I would actually work out (I got a home gym for over a year but too lazy to use it xD)

haha noo xd i have pained it white u kno on the windows, but the paint fell off from the windows so now it looks like broken xD

Nice bio and nice gym, I liked it.
I want one like yours, because i haven't time to go gym now, I start working a lot (that's why I'm playing MTA only at night, I play it at 22:30 - 23:00 to 1:30-2:00 from mon to fri -_- xD) rest of day I'm working in a laboratory.
I was bodybuilding last year, but now I do the same but in house, with less things, so I want my gym!!

Ye i train in a real one too, in the home one is my second training and on off days :D
It's an awsome one u made there :D More sophisticated then mine xd way way more :P
