Multi Theft Auto Discussion / News from Summercup 2013

This week will be released the Rulebook of the new Summercup2013.
Many many news and innovations into it.
Basically freatures in:
a) IF we reach a big number of teams, we will run pre-qualify in JUNE
b) qualify groups will start in JULY, finals (semifinals & finals) in AUGUST
c) Teams with DIRECT ACCESS to qualify of July: SKC, SiK, SGA, MgC, LSR, Try (ex FoX)
d) Possibility to make some CWs with more than 2 teams
e) "The Adi Rule": teams can ban 1 map for the next single CW they will play
Server freatures:
