NO for me too until you will change some things.
1) Rename the post of your apply, you inclued [SiK]Reliquia before to be accepted
2) Why your name on forum is Guimel and in game Reliquia :S??? I think is always better use the same name on forum and on Game
3) Try to play more on server before to present an apply for let people know more you
4) I think your apply is a bit poor.
Try to upgrade more this things and then I will change my vote.

Hey Guimel, I have seen you once in our server, but you have to show more activity. Also you should improve your english for better conversation. Your racing skills are good, but actually not enough for being a SiK. It's a No for now.
Don't feel low now. By racing constantly on our server you can improve all the things I mentioned. See ya on the server :)
