ok, i never saw you played on our server ( i can watch you from phone muhehehe) so im gonna vote neutral , even your racing skills fit in sik community. (after i watch Your Play at Captain Cup)
i think before made Jr you should play at least 1 week which has been told at Rules before Jr AND you should put reason why left FoX and N'C. seems i just know you with short period only, so i couldnt judge your behave
