Personally I'm noticing a worrying trend of applications getting through without a video of them racing.
While I understand it can be difficult to do this I feel it is a good initial test of dedication. Applying on its own is easy enough, but by creating a video it shows they really do want to join. Plus it means that those of us that haven't seen the applier on the server can judge their skills.
Given how close this application is to being successful it probably won't be necessary, but I really would like to push that requirement harder in the future.
I can't personally submit a vote for this application as I have not seen their skills in action.

Demi, most guys don’t even know how to make a video. And... we must have six votes in place of the old system of 3.
The SiK period has also changed to 8 weeks.... So, basicly I think we see more skills if we see a person live, than when we see with a redo redo redo trained video :)

I agree with sex, u can be good at 1 map because you did hundreds of redo's on it, but can be bad on the others.
To igor : i'll give u my yes, you seem a good guy, only a bit impatient maybe but that shows your interest in the SiK clan.
