The fact that he didn't knew how to record the race, and he literally filmed it, shows effort, and determination in and for his decision of joining us, therefor I'll say yes for this one.

welcome to the clan
you can now wear your SiKr tag, but,
You have to join with your regular name and you need to ask an admin to rename you with the tag then grant you SiKr status.
