It's PC. Luckily, race performance mostly depends on you reaching checkpoints on client side rather than so much on server side. I guess as long as you don't time out you can be the one of the best with one slow ass but stable connection like me.

try put the lowest graphics and resolution as 800X600 it will decrease your lag.

Nonononono people.... I stated this in the ENB Series thread and I know this works from experience. Whatever your graphics configuration utility is for your vid card, CCC for ATI and something else for Nvidia. Set the settings to rely on application settings, texture setting at lowest, believe it or not but there is no noticable quality loss and your fps will improve VASTLY. That gay pack didn't improve performance a single frame rate and having backups made for unnecessary disk space usage. Then I got a nasty surprise when I tried to revert to original .img, game crash baby every single time trying to load game world. The only solution was reinstallation.

Well guys,i bellive my problem its my pc.
 
I have a pentium 4 ,CPU 3.20 GHZ,1 GB Ram, Nvidia Gforce 6600.

And i already have my config. at the minimum.  Resolution at 600x800 ,grafics at the lower,even the drawing distance I have it at the mimimum ,some times i crash because of that, and dont know if this last on makes any diference.
About the FPS it depends  on the number of players,more players less FPS.
