Hahah...only in Australia. First world country with third world infrastracture for internet.

hmm, I think my internet is not the best but I can't have more internet speed because I live in one valley where there is a little town, and the internet are really slow cause there are less people using it and is not interesting for the company increase the speed of internet

The one and only time I got 0ms lol, my connection is quite stable with ping response but transfer times, yuck.

My speed is literally capped by the ISP at the network side though, always 32,000 b/s which seems to translate to 30kbps and 15kbps for upload (dynamic speed unfortunately).

Incase you lads and lasses haven't heard, there be a new method of testing connection. pingtest.net , lets see who has the best ping response times and lowest "jitter" PDV here. I will begin by posting the closest test to me. :D

Nice speed but that response time is high. Nobody cares about the PingTest? Ping matters too, you can have speed but if you have poor response time you're pretty much as slow as someone with tortoise internet like me.
