Since I haven't see blade on the server or know him and judging by the records on the track, was he a skilled player and was be like a brother to this clan?

Also I guessed this is hard to see another skilled player go since he might have stayed in the clan for a long time.

Why would we think that? It just says your leaving the clan not your about to die so it's ok blade. They want you back so bad I think. Even I want you back aswell to race with you.
