This is a Default handling.cfg file.
Installation:
1. Download file.
2. Find the data folder in your Grand Theft Auto : San Andreas game folder (normally C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas\data)
3. Extract handling.zip contents into the data folder.
4. Select 'Yes' to overwrite old handling.cfg file.
5. Play MTA/GTA without being classified as a cheat! how wonderful.
