Hellow there brow MoonLorD,

Yes, I am the Hall of KingZ player, the interviews are meant to know what goes on in the minds of the players after the matches and to have something read/comment.

I hope to see FFS Gaming participate in this event eheh :)

Virtual Racing Championship Series - Tour 1: VRC League Season 1

For the league to be well organized, we want the opinion of the members of the Race Community.

This topic was created to know a little bit about what they think of this league that will be organized by Joaovsky and some other members.

Joaovsky will organize his Virtual Racing Championship Series first competition of high-profile Multi Theft Auto competitions. For those who live for Race will now have a great opportunity to be competing against the best Race Teams in MTA/SA:MP. The objective of this competition is to be able to improve the Race Community more and more so that we can have more competitiveness and more players.

Conditions we have in mind for the tournament:

  • All matches will be streamed (Almost right) ✔
  • Interview system after the matches with Leaders of teams (To be determined) ❓
  • MVP of the match/week/month. ✔
  • Winner of the match/week/month. ✔

The idea we have of the interview is this: If everything goes well and a member helps us we could do a voice interview but who would not, could do it by chat. If this person is not available to do interviews by chat. Interviews are to be done after the league games.

League Format:

  • The league will have up to 32 slots for all teams interested.
  • Depending on how many teams we will have in competition there will be a number of teams that go to a finals to see the League Champion!
  • Matches will be played 5v5.
  • All teams play each other in 2 consecutive Best of 1 matches.
  • Each match is 10 rounds.
  • Each team will have to choose 5 maps from the list that will be posted.
  • In regulation winners receive 3 points.
  • In overtime winners receive 2 points.
  • Losers receive 1 point.
  • In the case of a tie, 1 more maps will be played.
  • League matches will be held on weekends.

Race System Points:

  • 1st: 15 Points
  • 2nd: 13 Points
  • 3rd: 11 Points
  • 4th: 9 Points
  • 5th: 7 Points
  • 6th: 5 Points
  • 7th: 4 Points
  • 8th: 3 Points
  • 9th: 2 Points
  • 10th: 1 Point

League Rules:

  • Unofficial teams of Race can also participate in this league.
  • Teams that have more than 10 players and want to participate, can put a second team in the league name for example: SiK Academy.
  • Be at the server when the match should begin.
  • Hacks/Mods result an exluding from the whole team from this tournament.
  • Insults/Spam/Flood results in mute, in case of abuse of insults during the whole league, the player risks to get out of the tournament.
  • If someone times out before the map starts, we redo the map.
  • If someone times out while the map is running, we will still playing.
  • If the team has less than 5 members, they are able to still playing.
  • If the team doesn't appear in the game, the opposing team has the automatic victory.

The idea that I have for teams with more than 10/20 players is that in some matches let the players more inexperienced to play so that we can have more players active and more willing to play against strong teams.

Questions:

  • Do you think the league should even be streamed ? If yes, why ?
  • What do you think about the idea of interviewing the leaders of each team after each match ?
  • Do you think anything in the format should be added or removed ? If yes, what ?
  • What do you think of the rules, what do you think could be added, removed or changed ?

We would like to know your opinion so we can move forward with this project.
