2019:
DCR - died
CrF - low activity, I got invited to NET
NET - Kicked because of inactivity
2020:
CrF - low activity, clan was about dead
SiK - After 5 months SiK has low activity, I left to create my own clan: FASE
FASE - died
2021:
CrF - I back to the CrF after closing FASE, left because of low activity also to create my last own clan: MW
MW - some real life troubles of our second leader, I had to close clan
AF - I came to help them on Vanilla Leauge but players started leaving AF

You have great racing skills but the fact that you tend to change clans so frequently, just bothers me.
If I'm correct this is your 3rd application to SiK, so your situation is somewhat similar to Burn's case.
I rejected his application. In order to be consistent, you will get a NO as well.

i believe what the people can receive a second chance, honz is a nice person, but leaved of SiK with 5 moth with us, my vote be same reason of BurN, you deserve a second but is you last chance with us, i believe in your changed. therefore my vote is Yes

Yes from me. Although you have been in many clans and you take part in quite vulgar way in some controversial conversations which don't have any sense, you have my vote.

Hello again Honz,

My opinion about you has changed for the better since your last app, although not completely.

You have changed in a way where I can seem to trust you much more as a future clanmate, however I prefer not being stubborn and hearing other people's opinions is something important to me.
You're a great racer and a big source of energy most of the time, but it is difficult to ignore the fact that your clan history is not attractive. The rumors of your toxic behavior in the MTA Race Discord server in #general (where you claimed that it was your brother texting on your account) and in #polish chat are questionable and weird in some way, but I won't put that into perspective because I barely saw any of it myself and the causes/context is still unclear.
One thing you have to work on is patience. Yes, I saw all the messages where you wanted to remind me to vote on your application, but I'm sorry to tell you that that's how it works - you're rejoining a clan that takes loyalty on a big scale (at least in my eyes, we still use the classic forum voting system) and you should have expected to wait for a while to get the final vote before writing your app.

My vote is going to be NEUTRAL. Some things are still confusing to me and I cannot predict the future, but if you get accepted, I won't be against it, so it all depends on how the rest of the SiK members see you

Neutral from me. I still remember that cw when you didn't let other players play even one map because you wanted to play every 10 rounds. I really don't like such approach to game and other players. Also saw some screens of your conversations with some players. Usually you are provoking others or you are provoked by others which makes some idiotic situations. It doesn't happen so often but.. yea there were few such situations.

I guess that almost everyone will give you yes that's why my comment looks so negative in order to point you some thing which probably no one likes
